Quality timber frame

We always use high quality, Forestry Stewardship Council & PEFC certified timber and take great pride in the quality of the product.

Bespoke Design Service

We use a 3D modelling tool and sketches to help visualise your ideas and create a bespoke build or we can use SIPS for a fast, superb quality build - for more info see https://outerspacegroup.com/

Fully Insulated

We use premium foil backed insulation in floors, walls and ceilings to create a warm and comfortable space.

Solid Construction

Ground screws with a suspended floor and a concrete sub-base are both methods we have used for the foundation. C24 framework, OSB structure, PIR board, insulation fully taped, epdm roof, a full plaster finish and bespoke cladding make up the rest of a typical build.

Painting & Flooring

We can take you to a fully finished garden room with super cool paint job, or leave the room at any stage you wish, e.g. you may want to lay the floor, fit the skirting & paint it yourself. All fine with me.

Landscaping

We can provide landscaping options to add in steps, small amounts of paving or even a bridge like the one we built above. And we have a relationship with a superb landscaping company for larger jobs.

Warm, beautiful, versatile.

We can help you with design, build and understanding the permitted development rules for outbuildings, which are applicable in most case but also have an architect to help with design and planning for more complex cases.

We like to inspire and be inspired. We build in timber frame so can be creative and flexible in design but also work with SIPS which are excellent, very thermally efficient and can be fast to build with,.
